Actress Nia Long files for full custody of 11-year-old son with�NBA coach�Ime�Udoka

Nia Long, the American actress, is requesting full custody of her 11-year-old son, Kez, from her ex-husband, NBA coach Ime Udoka, in light of his infidelity scandal.

Legal documents, obtained by The Blast, show that the actress is seeking sole physical and legal custody of her child, along with granting Udoka visitation rights.

Using the services of celebrity attorney Samantha Spector, Long has filed a legal case to “determine a parental relationship,” as the former couple was never married. Additionally, she is demanding that Udoka cover all attorney fees for the case.

The fallout from their breakup resulted in Udoka’s termination from the Boston Celtics for breaching the franchise’s code of conduct due to an alleged “intimate and conceptual relationship with a female member of the Celtics staff. Udoka issued an apology to his family and team, expressing remorse for “letting them down.”

Long recently shared how devastating Udoka’s affair has been for their son, noting that he still struggles with the situation. She revealed that she had to remove him from school on the day the story surfaced online. Long also expressed disappointment that no one from the Celtics organization reached out to check on her or her children’s well-being.
