BIOGRAPHY
Becky Ann Baker is an American actress who has discreetly participated in some of the most important productions of recent years. Once she became a professional in acting, she made her debut on the theater scene, participating in several plays since the early 80s; She received a Drama-Logue Award in 1994 for her work in the play Night and Her Stars . Her on-screen debut came with the film The Protector (1985) which starred Jackie Chan. At that time she was known as Becky Gelke until in 1990 she married actor Dylan Baker and she decided to change her last name. From the list of her nominated films we can highlight The Oil of Life (1992) directed by George Miller ( Mad Max ), which was nominated for two Oscars, one of them for best screenplay. Likewise, she appeared in Unsung Heroes (1995), directed by actress and director Diane Keaton.
