Fire Force Japanese Name

Fire Force Japanese name is “En En no Shōbōtai”. Fire Force is an anime series created by David Productions and based on the manga by Atsushi Kubo. In the year 198, Special Fire Forces are battling a condition known as Spontaneous Human Combustion, in which humans are transformed into living infernos known as "Infernals."

Infernals are examples of spontaneous combustion in the First Generation, while the later generations have the ability to manipulate flames while maintaining their human form. Shinra Kusakabe, dubbed Devil's Footprints because of his power to ignite his feet at will, joins Special Fire Force Company 8, a group of fellow flames users tasked with extinguishing any Infernals they come across. Shinra begins to discover the truth about his family while a group dedicated to the creation of Infernals arises.

Fire Force Main Character

Shinra Kusakabe is the main protogonist in Fire Force. In the command of Special Fire Force Unit 8, he is a Third and Fourth Generation pyrokinetic. Shinra joins the Special Fire Force after his mother died, and his brother allegedly died as well, in order to realize his ambition of being a savior, rescuing people from Spontaneous Human Combustion, and discovering the reality behind his family's demise twelve years ago. Shinra is subsequently revealed to be The Fourth Pillar because he holds the Adolla Burst.
