Gerard Pique, the former Barcelona star, has officially confirmed his relationship with Clara Chia Marti on Instagram, following his separation from Shakira. This comes just weeks after Shakira released a diss track aimed at him.
Pique, who had been unfaithful to Shakira with Clara, was pictured cozying up with his new partner on the patio of a restaurant. Both were dressed in matching all-black outfits and flashed a sly smile for the camera.
Although the photo was not accompanied by a caption, fans were quick to speculate and comment on the post.
This revelation comes after reports that Shakira discovered Pique’s infidelity when the jam she had kept suddenly disappeared while she was away on business, despite Piqué and their children Milan, 10, and Sasha, 7, being known to dislike the fruit spread.
She hinted at this unusual occurrence in her music video for “Te Felicito,” released last year, and has since continued to criticize the 35-year-old in her subsequent music releases.
