According to TMZ, Nash, best known for her role in Claws, will be legally recognized as single on June 21. The couple has also agreed on the division of their assets. Nash will retain their residence in Bell Canyon, Calif., along with their 2016 Tesla. On the other hand, Tucker, an electrical engineer, will keep the 2011 Ford F-150 truck and will receive a final payment of approximately $185,000 from Nash. They have decided not to seek spousal support, and Nash will retain ownership of her production company, Chocolate Chick. Their decision to end their marriage comes after they revealed their split in October and subsequently filed for divorce in December. The couple’s separation was attributed to differences in lifestyle, including living in different cities, Nash’s portrayal of graphic sex scenes on television, and her altered appearance. The pair, who were married for 8 years, initially shared the news of their separation on social media, expressing gratitude for the love they had shared. Niecy Nash was previously married to minister Don Dash and has three children from that marriage.
