Following the tragic death of a baby boy due to prolonged starvation, the relatives of a woman, Oxana Mironova, have disclosed distressing details about her relationship with her lifestyle trainer boyfriend, Maxim Lyutyi. They allege that she was essentially under his control and referred to as his “slave.”
Oxana Mironova’s relatives from Russia have reported that her partner, Maxim Lyutyi, prohibited her from providing nourishment to their son, Kosmos.
It has been claimed that Lyutyi aimed to raise their child on a diet known as prana-eating, which involves abstaining from food and water for extended periods and supposedly “feeding on the sun.”
According to Zvezda News, Lyutyi, described as a “radical raw foodist,” was also detained separately for resisting the authorities, and a video shows him being detained for two months on suspicion of child torture.
Galina, Oxana’s mother, accused Lyutyi of leading a “sect” and expressed her disapproval, stating, “He wanted to experiment on the child, feed him purely with the sun, and then advertise it to others that this is how you can eat. I was against my daughter being in this sect.”
“He forbade her to feed the child. Oxana told me that she secretly fed the baby, but she didn’t have enough money, because he didn’t give her any. I sent Oxana money for food from my pension. She secretly bought baby food,” she added, highlighting the distressing circumstances.
Both parents are currently in detention, with Ms. Mironova under house arrest, facing accusations of negligence from the Russian authorities. Furthermore, Lyutyi has blamed her for neglect, while he himself is under investigation for “child torture” in relation to the treatment of the baby.
Allegations of fear and control emerged from other relatives as well. Olesya Nikolayeva, Ms. Mironova’s cousin, revealed, “He forced her not to feed the baby. Her boyfriend believed that the sun was feeding the baby. Oxana was secretly trying to breastfeed the baby, but she was very afraid of Maxim.”
The distressing circumstances culminated in the tragic demise of the undernourished child, as they eventually sought medical help when it was too late.
