After graduating from college, Bohl began her career as a general-duty reporter at KAMC-TC. She soon moved to KLBK-TV; a CBS affiliate where she worked as assistant news director and internal coordinator. During his time there, Bohl also produced news programs and became the anchor of the station’s 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. newscasts.
Leslie Bohl then relocated to Southwest Florida, where she took on multiple roles on the NBS-affiliated news network WBBH-TV. At WBBH-TV, she anchored the 6pm and 11pm newscasts while also working as the channel’s consumer and business reporter.
