BIOGRAPHY
Miriam Higareda Cervantes was born on August 24, 1984, in Villahermosa, Tabasco. She is the daughter of the painter José Luis Higareda and the actress Martha Cervantes, and she is also the sister of the actress and producer Martha Higareda. She began taking acting courses at age 11. She also studied a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she was also part of the cast in several presentations.

His professional career began in the telenovela SeBusca un hombre , in 2007, produced by TV Azteca. Shortly after she joined the cast of the telenovela Mujer Comprada, which was followed by Emperatriz and Vivir a destiempo.

Miriam has also been a host of programs for TV Azteca and participated in programs such as Lo que callamos las mujeres , Cambio de vida and Arma lethal.

In 2009, she won the youth actress revelation award, given by the Group of Theater Journalists, for her participation in the play The Diary of Anne Frank .

In 2014, she starred in the film Marry Who Can , alongside her sister Martha.
