Four impressive Premier League teams have been singled out by Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola. During his pre-match press conference ahead of Man City’s upcoming Premier League game against Luton Town, Guardiola highlighted Chelsea, Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur, and Liverpool as exceptional teams.
Guardiola emphasized the quality of these teams, stating, “We played top, top, top teams. Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham, and Aston Villa right now are exceptional teams.”
He reflected on the challenges faced, mentioning, “It is what it is. It is not the first time we have been in this position. In every season, we have had periods where we do not get results.” Guardiola also recalled the struggles from the previous season, noting, “Do you know how much we struggled last season? We were eight or nine points behind Arsenal, with all the injuries we had.”
