Nate, a three-star athlete in high school, received attention from various colleges, including those coached by Jim Harbaugh at the time.
After graduating from the University of Southern California (USC) with a degree in psychology in 2010, Nate’s life took a significant turn when his father offered him a position with the Seattle Seahawks. He initially served as a personnel assistant in the scouting department for one season before being promoted to defensive assistant in 2011. Despite an opportunity to join the coaching staff in Jacksonville under Gus Bradley, the former Seahawks defensive coordinator and newly appointed head coach, Nate chose to become an offensive assistant in 2013.
His tenure with the Seahawks has been highlighted by memorable moments, including his first Super Bowl victory against the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII.
