Pyramid Highway near Ironwood is currently blocked after a rollover accident injured two people just after 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
Authorities say both occupants were thrown from the vehicle.
Both unidentified people were taken to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno.
Authorities say alcohol and speeding may be involved in the crash.
Traffic is currently being diverted onto Winnemucca Ranch Road.
