The latest arrest of rapper Kodak Black has prompted him to claim that he is being unfairly targeted by the police and is now intending to pursue legal action, alleging racial profiling.

The American rapper was apprehended on July 15 after being pulled over by the Florida Highway Patrol, who cited illegal tints on his vehicle and subsequently discovered Oxycodone pills and almost $75,000 in cash during a search.

Currently under house arrest, Kodak Black must obtain court approval for any outings unless for medical reasons or court appearances. Additionally, he is subject to regular drug testing and faces the possibility of returning to jail.

However, his attorney asserts that the medication was legitimately prescribed by a doctor following the rapper’s shooting earlier in the year.

In a series of tweets, Kodak Black, also known as the “Super Gremlin” hitmaker, contended that the police had no justification for stopping him and expressed his outrage at the situation, vowing to pursue legal action and sue the authorities.

Accompanying his claims, Kodak Black also asserted that he is a victim of racial profiling and went as far as to threaten legal action against the police.
