Barcelona has secured their spot in the Spanish Supercopa final against Real Madrid following their 2-0 victory over Osasuna in the second semi-final. The game, which took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, saw goals from Robert Lewandowski and Lamine Yamal in the second half.

Barça, who had been experiencing a winless run prior to 2024, found themselves seven points behind joint LaLiga leaders Madrid and Girona. However, the victory over Osasuna was a significant turnaround, with Lewandowski’s 59th-minute goal marking his 11th of the season.

The win was further solidified by substitutes João Félix and Lamine Yamal, who combined late in the game to secure the victory. Notably, Lamine Yamal’s goal made him the youngest player to score in the Supercopa at 16 years and 182 days old, drawing praise from Xavi.
