Yemi Alade, the award-winning superstar singer, has offered valuable advice on the topic of marriage amid the pressure from her family and friends to settle down.
During an interview with Cool FM, Yemi Alade subtly addressed rumors suggesting that she had married her manager by confirming that she is currently single.
She emphasized that while many people rush to tie the knot, especially towards the end of the year, she does not feel pressured to do so and believes in allowing things to happen at the right time.
Yemi acknowledged that resisting family pressure can be a significant challenge, especially when it comes from individuals she deeply respects and looks up to.
Nonetheless, she expressed her belief that if her loved ones genuinely have her best interests at heart, they will be patient with her as she considers finding the right life partner to be more essential than simply getting married.

Yemi remarked, “Many people tend to get married towards the end of every year. However, I don’t feel pressured. When the time is right, it will happen.”

“But beyond that, I don’t think anyone should rush into making the wrong decision when it comes to choosing a life partner.”
