A woman in Ohia, USA allegedly posed as a Child Protective Services agent and attempted to lure her 4-year-old neighbor into her car while he was playing in his front yard, as shown in a shocking video circulating on social media.
According to the Norwood Police Department, Lisa Nacrelli, 44, is facing charges of criminal child enticement, burglary, and impersonating an officer for her alleged actions in this disturbing incident.
Surveillance footage from the boy’s home shows Nacrelli approaching the boy while he was on his bicycle just a few feet from his front door in a Cincinnati suburb. Nacrelli allegedly touched the boy and attempted to coax him into her car, as reported by the boy’s father.
After Nacrelli’s repeated attempts to persuade the boy to accompany her, the boy became uncomfortable, eventually leaving his bike and going inside to meet his mother.
Nacrelli then reportedly identified herself as from CPS and waited outside the boy’s house, leaving only after being allowed inside by the boy’s parents, who subsequently became suspicious and contacted the police after reviewing the footage.
The deeply concerning nature of the incident led to Nacrelli facing charges of criminal child enticement, burglary, and impersonating an officer. In a handwritten statement, Nacrelli attributed her behavior to being intoxicated and claimed she was acting in the child’s best interest. However, this explanation has been met with skepticism.
