Randers FC: Odey Commits to Club Until 2025
Nigerian striker Stephen Odey has agreed to prolong his stay with the Danish Superliga outfit Randers FC. His contract with the club is now set to run until 2025.
The 25-year-old expressed his enthusiasm about the extension, emphasizing the opportunity it presents for his personal growth as a player.
Speaking on the club’s official website, Odey stated, “It feels really good to have extended my contract with the team. I know the boys well by now, and they know me, so it felt completely natural to stay at Randers FC. It’s a club I feel incredibly good at, both with fans, players, and staff.”
Odey also underlined the strong bond within the team, likening it to being part of a family. He confidently expressed his belief in the team’s capability to deliver positive outcomes, eagerly anticipating the shared accomplishments in the coming period.
Odey initially joined Randers on a season-long loan from Belgian Pro League side KRC Genk in August 2021, and the move was made permanent three months later.
