Bruce Summerhays has been a professional golfer for the last 16 years. He loves golf, but he loves the gospel of Jesus Christ more. Bruce was called as a mission president for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tampa, Florida. Along with his wife, Carolyn, President Summerhays is in the first year of serving a three-year mission for his Church. He is one of many Church leaders worldwide who oversee missions and the proselyting activities of their missionaries 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Brother Summerhays has been preparing for several years with his wife to be a missionary. He's happy to be in the service of his God.
