The divorce of a property tycoon, Elie Taktouk, involved a £2.5 million fraud after his wife left him for ex-Arsenal footballer Cesc Fabregas. Now, he is at risk of losing more than £3 million in assets.
Elie Taktouk, 49, married Lebanese model Daniella Semaan in 1998. However, 13 years later, she left him for the ex-Premier League star Cesc Fabregas.
Taktouk was later convicted of using £2.5 million of investors’ money to fund his own extravagant lifestyle and pay for his divorce.
