Ariyan Arslani was born in Queens, New York, in the United States on December 2, 1983. He was raised by an Albanian-Muslim father and a Jewish-American mother. He grew up in strict Muslim traditions before starting his career as a rapper. His family had a restaurant at the time and Action often went there in his spare time to help out his parents. He also completed the culinary program at the Art Institute of New York before beginning his career as a chef.

After graduating from the Art Institute, Bronson, very close to his parents’ restaurant, began his career as a chef. Later, he worked as a master chef at fire-flame gourmet, a restaurant in New York. He also started an online cooking show called Action dans la cuisine and later published a cookbook called Fucking, It’s Delicious. During one of her shows, Bronson had an accident in the kitchen which resulted in a leg injury.
