Comedian Chris Rock alarmed the authorities upon discovering a man with a camera at his fire escape from the window.
Security officials revealed to TMZ that Chris dialed 911 on Sunday night, June 4, from his NYC home in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan. He informed them about the man lurking at the fire escape, equipped with a camera, appearing to be attempting to film or take photos.
When NYPD officials reached the scene, the suspect had already fled after being spotted by Chris.
Witnesses reported that he swiftly jumped down and escaped into a white Mercedes. The police have filed a report, and the case is currently under investigation.
