Heather Watson was dating her partner Courtney Duffus.
Watson and Duffus dated until May 2022 when they decided to end their relationship and walk on different paths.
Duffus is also a well-established athlete, he is a professional football player. He currently plays for EFL League Two club Stockport County on a loan from Morecambe.
The Irish football player also formerly represented his home country in U21 international matches. He made his first appearance for the Republic of Ireland U21s in a Euro qualifier against Slovenia and scored for the first time in a match against Serbia U21 where they lost 3-1 according to his Wikipedia profile.
Courtney always wanted to play football and he joined Everton in the summer of 2012, he remained at the club progressing through various positions, and also played for Bury on loan until 2017.
Duffus signed a two-year deal with a third-year option with Oldham Athletic on July 8, 2017, for an unknown amount. Prior to the start of the new season, he received a number 21 shirt upon joining the team. Duffus made his Oldham Athletic debut in the team’s season-opening 2-0 loss to Oxford United, entering the game as a second-half replacement.
Duffus signed a two-year contract with League One club Morecambe on August 19, 2021, for an unknown amount. Duffus joined the National League team Stockport County on loan on March 24, 2022, and stayed there till the completion of the 2021–2022 campaign. On May 2, he made his professional debut as Stockport defeated Chesterfield 1-0.
