Reshiram is perched atop a waterfall in East Province (Area One), south of Zapapico. Fly to Zapapico's east Pokémon Center and head south to reach the waterfall.
After a challenging climb, you'll find the level 70 Reshiram waiting. Remember to save your game before engaging in the battle, as this encounter is a one-time opportunity.
Reshiram won't appear as a Shiny variant, so there's no need for multiple resets. Lower its health and use status conditions to improve your chances of capturing it with a Poké Ball. Take your time and enjoy the capture of this remarkable Legendary Pokémon!
