BIOGRAPHY
Mexican film and television actor Julio Cesar Cedillo was born in Durango, Mexico, but when he was four years old, he and his family moved to the United States, so he spent his childhood between Chihuahua, Mexico, and Fort Worth, Texas. This allowed him to develop his career in both Mexican and American projects. He began with television appearances before beginning to land roles in feature films. Among his notable works on television is his work on NCIS: New Orleans (2015), and his feature films include Border Rush (2000) with R. Lee Ermey, All the Beautiful Horses (2000) by Billy Bob Trotter , The Life of David Gale (2003). He also starred in Cowboys & Aliens (2011), Bordertown (2006), The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (2005) and Sicario (2015). He recently worked under the direction of Jonás Cuarón in Chupa , a film about the Chupacabra that arrives on Netflix in 2023.
