The 39-year-old One Tree Hill alum
“So it turns out that being your favorite person’s favorite person is the actual best feeling on planet Earth ? #YES,” she captioned a sweet photo of the proposal on her Instagram, which took place in Lake Como, Italy.
“Thank you to @comoclassicboats and @bottega53 for helping my favorite human plan the most incredible, moving surprise of my life. My heart. It bursts.”
Sophia and Grant had been dating for over a year and we first spotted them together back in May of 2020. Make sure to check out those photos!
For those who don’t know, Grant is an entrepreneur who cofounded the Santa Monica-based organization FocusMotion Health, which “creates data-driven orthopedic recovery solutions” for surgery patients.
