Drivers near Mogul can expect to see some ramp closures along I-80 over the next month or so.
Crews will be out between exit 8 and the state line now through the end of January.
Periodic ramp closures are scheduled to happen between 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. during the week.
The Nevada Department of Transportation says no two consecutive ramps will be closed at the same time in the same direction.
Moderate travel delays are expected.
The roadwork is part of a continuing project to improve drainage and infrastructure along this section of highway - they'll be installing fiber optic cables and making improvements to cattle guards in the area. They're also putting up deer fencing to help reduce crashes involving wildlife, reinforcing drainage pipes and updating road signs.
