One of these quicksand pit locations is in the bottom right area of Gerudo Desert, near the Siwakama Shrine.

Another location is the entrance to the Ancient Prison Ruins, situated in the Palu Wasteland. This area also contains a quicksand pit. Keep in mind that you are not limited to these two specific locations. You can use any quicksand pit in the Gerudo Desert for the quest. Just ensure that it is a pit and not just running sand, as it can be misleading when viewed from above.
