Elden Ring Rya Not Showing Up
Rya is a non-player character in Elden Ring. Rya works for the Volcano Manor as a scout.
The Elden Ring Rya quest is a long, dark journey into the twisted depths of the Volcano Manor in search of one of the Lands Between demigods, Elden Ring Rya. Aside from a heaping helping of lore, you'll get a talisman that works as a kind of "hard mode," increasing the amount of damage you receive. Completing this quest, like most others in Elden Ring, takes a long time and a lot of patience.

One player in Reddit, after attempting Rya's quest, has stated that Rya goes missing in between and she is not showing up. If you have also encountered the same thing, don’t worry, get a solution here.

Why Is Elden Ring Rya Not Showing Up?
If you entirely eliminate Rykard from the game, Ria will vanish. She's long gone if she's not in Volcano Manor.
The first thing you have to note is she will travel to a separate room in the manor and appear in her snake form after joining Volcano Manor and completing the first section of the questline. The questline will be advanced if you speak to her while she is in her snake form. As you read here how to complete her questline, it states that,

She admits to her new location that she has discovered the truth about her birth. She begs you to kill her and put an end to her suffering.
She will revert to a snake and drop Daedicar's Woe if you kill her.
She realizes you are unwilling to murder her if you leave her alive and return after killing Rykard. She is gone when you reset the region, leaving Daedicar's Woe and Zoraya's message in her stead.
She simply falls asleep if you give her the Tonic of Forgetfulness.
The necklace will not activate if you arrive at Volcano Manor and complete her snake form questline before speaking with the bandit, hence killing him will be more beneficial.
Rya appears to vanish from the manor if you kill Rykard before speaking to her in her room inside the dungeon.

Elden Ring Rya Location
Rya may be found northwest of Laskyar Ruins, indicated on the map by the telescope icon. She will be standing on the statue's right side. When you speak with her, she will inform you that her necklace has been taken and that you must get it.

To do so, keep traveling northwest from the telescope icon until you come across Boil Prawn Shack. When you speak with the Blackguard after purchasing the pot, you have the option of leaving or asking him to give you the necklace.
If you select "give me the necklace," he will urge you to demonstrate its value and pay for it. You have the option of accepting or declining. If you refuse, the dialogue will come to an end. If you accept, he'll demand 1000 runes in exchange for the necklace.
Return the necklace to him and you can ask him more questions about Rya. You can also buy Boiled Prawn from him, which increases physical damage resistance.

How To Find Rya In The Elden Ring?
Rya can be found at Lux Ruins, immediately close to Erdtreee-Gazing Hill's place of grace, or at the top of Dectus' Grand Lift after reaching Altus Plateau. When you speak with her, she will transfer you into Volcano Manor. If she doesn't spawn in either of these places, teleport to the Grand Lift and ride it to the top again.

She will travel to a separate room in the mansion and appear in her snake form after joining Volcano Manor and completing the first section of the questline. The questline will be advanced if you speak to her while she is in her snake form. If you complete all of the contracts in the Volcano Manor until you are ported to Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy from Tanith, she will no longer have Rya-related talks and you will be unable to complete her optional objectives in this questline.
In the same room where she was seen in her snake form, she will be seen in human form. She worries about noises coming from the opposite room, which is a hint to the secret entrance there. She wants you to look into it. Enter the false wall in the room to her right to continue the questline and approach the grace in Prison Town Church. To continue, return to Zoraya and tell her what you've observed.
How To Begin Elden Ring Rya’s Quest?
Your first encounter with Rya takes place in Liurnia, at a small pavilion east of Scenic Isle, near the Birdseye Telescope. When you speak with her, you'll hear that someone Tarnished has taken her necklace, and she requests that you find it for her. Accept her help, and she'll tell you that he'll be at his house a short distance away.

Boil Prawn Shack, as well as the thief Blackguard, can be found a little distance to the northwest of the pavilion. You'll realise that he does have it after speaking with him, leaving you with two options: murder him and loot it off his body, or agree to buy it from him for 1000 Runes. When you buy the Necklace, you'll be able to start Blackguard's quest, so be careful not to murder him; 1000 Runes is a little quantity of Runes at this time.
