According to The Guardian, Mohamed Salah’s lawyer and adviser, Rammy Abbas Issa, has indicated that the Liverpool winger could possibly earn up to £1 million per week.

Issa, while speaking at a Harvard Business School study, suggested that the aforementioned figure is a “conservative” expectation for Salah’s earnings.

Furthermore, Issa disclosed that before Salah eventually signed a new three-year contract, he was very close to leaving Anfield.

Salah, who had entered the final year of his previous deal, was a subject of concerns as negotiations had been unsuccessful for months.

However, the Egyptian forward has now committed himself to Liverpool until June 2025 by putting pen to paper on a fresh contract.

Issa mentioned that Salah’s new contract, combined with endorsement deals from third parties, will result in him earning £1 million per week.
