FIRST PHOTO: Pukalani dad Jared Nagura gives daughter Rylee, 3, a toss into the snow-filled air during Saturday’s Upcountry Winter Fest on the campus of King Kekaulike High School. Nagura said sharing time with his family where he and his wife graduated from high school was “special.” “It’s super fun,” he said. The snowflakes were made of soap suds and the event was presented by the King Kekaulike High School Foundation. Organizers said the fest was designed to bring Upcountry together for fellowship, shopping, learning and having a good time.
